As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully, and together we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you, create a realistic plan, and determine the best course of action. We’ll formulate goals, and lay a solid foundation to build in long term, sustainable habits. My goal is to set you up for success and help you every step of the way. You’ll develop a deeper awareness of: why fruits, vegetables and water are the gateway to a vibrant, thriving life; how to best manage daily stressors; how emotions impact food choices, understanding your eating patterns; how critical sleep and rest are for your body and mind, and what steps you can take to achieve that; what types of movement activities you enjoy; and lastly, how to unplug from the constancy of technology to find balance. Change is scary, I realize the fear of stepping out of the comfort zone, into the unknown. Change does not happen overnight, however, with guidance, consistent intentional action, accountability, and unwavering support, change is possible. You deserve to feel the endless abundance that good health provides.
